REFUND POLICY

Because each Bloomin Stand order is thoughtfully prepared and often created specifically for you, all sales are final and non-refundable once payment has been received. We are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for purchased items.

For special events and gatherings, full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and allow us to begin planning and sourcing flowers. All special event payments are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation or changes to your plans.
