By placing an order with The Bloomin Stand, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products & Availability
The Bloomin Stand works with seasonal, garden-grown and locally sourced flowers whenever possible. Because flowers are natural products, varieties, colors, sizes and availability will vary throughout the season. Photos on our website are intended to represent the overall style and size of our work rather than guarantee specific flowers or an exact reproduction. We reserve the right to make substitutions when necessary while maintaining the overall style and value of your order.

Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once payment has been received, orders are considered final and non-refundable.

Local Pickup
The Bloomin Stand does not ship. Orders are available for local pickup at 258 Townes Court, Dripping Springs, TX 78620. Customers will be asked to provide their preferred pickup date and time when placing an order. Please make every effort to pick up your flowers at the agreed-upon time, as we cannot guarantee the condition of flowers left uncollected for an extended period.

Special Events
Special-event orders require full payment at the time of booking to reserve the event date. Event payments are non-refundable. Delivery and on-site setup may be arranged for an additional fee and must be agreed upon in advance.

Fresh Flowers
Flowers are perishable, natural products, and their lifespan varies depending on variety, environment and care. The Bloomin Stand cannot guarantee how long flowers will last after pickup or once they are in the customer's care.

Vintage & One-of-a-Kind Items
Vintage pieces are previously owned and may show signs of age, wear or minor imperfections. These characteristics are part of their history and charm and are not considered defects. Because vintage items are one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not be available.

Website Information & Pricing
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, availability and pricing are accurate. The Bloomin Stand reserves the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing or discontinue products at any time.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Bloomin Stand is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase, pickup, handling or use of our products.

Changes to These Terms
The Bloomin Stand may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The terms in effect at the time an order is placed will apply to that purchase.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Service, including our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Pickup & Delivery Policy.
